Service Terms & Conditions

I authorize Lone Star Truck Shop to perform diagnostic and repair services on my vehicle. I understand that once a technician is dispatched or work has begun, cancellation is not allowed without full payment of the service call fee and labor hours. If additional parts or expensive components are required, I agree to approve and pay for those parts in advance before installation. I agree that payment is due immediately upon completion of service. Accepted payment methods are: Cash, EFS, PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Cash App only. I agree not to dispute or charge back any authorized payment for services rendered. Lone Star Truck Shop is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or hidden damages discovered during repair. Do you agree to the terms and conditions?
